2020 would have marked the event’s15th anniversary in Miami, but the event was forced to cancel two years in a row due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Damian Lazarus decided to put in place the May Day Get Lost Livestream to celebrate the event’s 14-year history.

“Get Lost Miami was one of the first parties to be canceled due to the pandemic back in March 2020. As we entered this year it was clear that we would have to postpone again, and so a 24-hour live stream featuring some of the freshest DJs in our family, plus some legendary heroes felt like the right thing to do. We’re endeavoring to give people a taste of the deep and trippy vibes that we’ve all been missing on the dancefloor but reconstructed now for the screen. May Day has always been a day of rave and we hope you enjoy the journey we are about to Get Lost in.”

Seth Troxler launches ‘Dream Access Television’ (DAT)

Dance music talent Seth Troxler announces the launch of “Dream Access Television” (DAT), a free weekly program where DJs and artists will host “weird and wonderful” shows that will kick off on April 20 exclusively on Twitch.

Seth Troxler – Dream Access Television

Featuring a vast array of programming, Dream Access Television will deliver an ambient weekly special with Bill Patrick and Dear Morni, an old school hip-hop morning show hosted by Detroit’s DJ Too Fine!, food programming from Shit Mendy and Eats Everything, adventure expeditions from the future with Mathias Aguayo, crate-digging with D’Julz, and the joyous Misery Index with Hiroko and Drumcell and recurring shows from the likes of Matthew Dear, Matthew Johnson and brother Nathan.

“‘Dream Access TV’ is a nostalgic take on public broadcasting from yesteryear. This is a channel devoted to the odd and quirky format made popular in 70’s-90’s America.  DJs and artists will host weird and wonderful shows – and encouraged to go on excursions to places and situations where we (and they) are unaccustomed.

DAT is b-movie satire and quasi-journalism. It’s about everything else and operates at the perimeters of our lives and interests. We aim to entertain and inform the viewer with oddball shows and skits ranging from cooking and eating shows, to interview formats and music-based programming. A hodgepodge of content that uniquely creates a space that is both everything and nothing at all. It’s a figment of my imagination and the imagination of all the artists involved. We’re creating a new channel deep in the twilight zone of our minds and the dance music conscious. Dream with us.”

    Seth Troxler

Inspired by late nights in a mid-West basement in the late 80s and early 90s, Seth Troxler’s Dream Access Television is free to air and launches April 20 on Twitch.
