Elements Music Festival 2025 – The Highlights

Elements Music Festival 2025 returned to Long Pond, PA, this past weekend as thousands of dance music fans flocked to the event to experience its eighth edition on August 8-10.

In true “Elements” fashion, the festival featured an eclectic range of dance music talent with headliners: ILLENIUM, Kaskade, Zeds Dead, Mau P, Pretty Lights, deadmau5, Sofi Tukker, DJ Diesel, Eli Brown, and more.  To check out this year’s top sets of the weekend  –> Click here.

For those who have attended Elements Festival in the past, the experience is always way more than just the music.  The magic of the weekend also came from the people attending and all of the surprises that were put into the festival this year.  Below are some highlights that made this year’s edition stand out from all the rest.

Highlights that made this year’s edition stand out

    SUNSET SET SKY DIVERS

While Kaskade, Sofi Tukker, and Claude von Stroke were performing their sunset sets, people were literally falling from the sky.  Sky divers wearing pink parachutes descended toward the stage, and as they grew nearer, their sneakers could be seen shooting voluminous clouds of pink smoke out of their heels. Plumes of pink hung over the audience and clung to the air, adding a tincture to the amber skyline and making it truly something worth talking about.

    SURPRISE SETS – BARCLAY CRENSHAW

There were several unannounced performances by artists, which were labeled on the timeslots as “surprise sets.” This added another element of surprise and anticipation to the weekend.

On Friday, festivalgoers experienced a surprise performance by Virtual Riot, and on Sunday, Claude von Stroke unveiled his alias Barclay Crenshaw on the Earth Stage, marking it his second performance of the day and weekend.

    BACK-2-BACKS – UNMATCHED

This year’s back-to-back sets were truly unmatched.

    TorrenFoot B2B Airwolf Paradise

Setting themselves apart with their sound, Torrenfoot went back-to-back with Airworlf Paradise on Saturday and rekindled a nostalgic ’90s roller rink vibe with a modern twist that was refreshing, fun, and felt like new.

    Malaa X Alter Ego

Malaa unleashed a neck-breaking, ferocious set on Sunday’s Fire Stage, where he went back to back with his alter ego personality in a hardhitting set filled with lots of drops.

    Sullivan King B2B Kayzo

While this was not the first back-to-back performance by Sullivan King and Kayzo, they certainly thrashed on Friday’s Earth Stage with an onslaught of alternative, bass, and dub smashers.

    SPECTACULAR ARTWORK & INSTALLATIONS

The additional art installations added to this year’s festival raised the experience to new heights. The exploration of the neon forest surrounding the Air stage allowed for a lot of spectator interaction while being eerily trippy and weird at the same time. People ventured to touch them to see exactly how the creations were made, and also became the perfect photo opp at the festival.

    INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT

Another addition worth mentioning was that the festival felt more accessible with sign language interpreters on stage for those who attended and were deaf.

There were also sober meetups earlier in the day for anybody trying to maintain their sobriety or looking to find a like-minded friend for support, friendship, or fellowship – something that is not usually found at other festivals and may prevent some people from going, even just to experience the music, so this was something worth noting.

    PERFECT WEATHER ☀️

The “Elements” were in the festival’s favor this year as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday welcomed the perfect mix of sunshine and clear skies. All workers and attendants were all smiles and in high spirits, creating the perfect welcoming atmosphere and making the experience all the more enjoyable

    Who’s Ready for Next Year?
