    Dutch creative force Don Diablo teams up with Denzel Chain to deliver another emphatic Camp Kubrick release titled, “Borderline,” which is available to stream/download now via HEXAGON.

    Opening with atmospheric soundscapes, “Borderline” is an introspective release with intense emotion and soothing sonic textures.  With a sound that is more like a ballad, the release takes on a more sophisticated tone in comparison to other previous Camp Kubrick productions.  Exuding moody mellow vibes, the lyrics tell a story of not knowing where to go in life and being on the ‘borderline’ of choices and change.

    “Camp Kubrick is the band I always wanted to start when I was a kid. Feeling incredibly blessed to work with the talented Denzel as well as a group of amazing guest musicians to bring this project to life in the most organic way. After the release of our first single ‘Johnny’s Online’ we wanted to take our time to write as much new music as possible, so we can build things properly and without pressure.     Don Diablo reveals video for Camp Kubrick’s ‘Johnny’s Online’

    Dutch producer Don Diablo recently revealed a new collaborative music project two years in the making with fellow artist Denzel Chain titled, Camp Kubrick, which brings listeners back to a time where shoulder pads, leg warmers, and mullets were still in fashion.  

    Camp Kubrick delivered their own unique twist of the 80s with the announcement of their debut release last month titled, “Johnny’s Online,” which is currently available to stream/download via Hexagon here. 

    Now, the duo has now revealed the retro, technicolor music video for the release, which can be seen below.  Inspired by acts like Toto, Lionel Richie, Kraftwerk, and movies like Back to the Future, The Never Ending Story, and 2001: A Space Odyssey, the video takes Denzel Chain and Diablo back in time to an era of 8bit video games, arcades, and silk bomber jackets.
