30 Best EDM Tracks of May 2021
The weather is starting to finally heat up, and with it are so many explosive dance music events set to take place throughout the rest of the year. This month saw a slew of announcements from artists and festivals alike with high hopes to return to the stages for what has seemed like an eternity since the pandemic hit.
Festivals confirming dates with an eclectic array of stunning lineups are Dirtybird Campout, Holy Ship! Wrecked, Defected Croatia, Lollapalooza, Sunset Music Festival, Spring Awakening, Beyond Wonderland, and Governors Ball.
There will also be the return of The Warehouse Project in the UK, Amnesia Ibiza’s closing party, elrow in Brooklyn, and events from the likes of Jamie Jones, Excision, Oliver Heldens, and a tour from Porter Robinson.
And what would be summer without music? This year, there are a number of highly-anticipated forthcoming albums that will make their way from DVBBS, Gorgon City, Felix Cartal, Eli & Fur, Chris Malinchak, and we absolutely cannot wait!
May’s track releases were packed with nothing but palpable feel-good energy that can only be described as lively, buoyant, emphatic, and inspirational.
