Anabel Englund releases debut album, ‘Messing With Magic’

Anabel Englund announced the release of her highly-anticipated debut album, Messing With Magic which is currently available to stream/download via Ultra Records.

Anabel Englund x Jamie Jones – Messing With Magic

The 10-track album is a stunning collection of vibrant, emotionally charged songs that were released via Area 10 and Ultra Music over the course of the past year.  Featuring collaborations with dance music’s most revered acts,  Messing With Magic kicks things off with an MK and Nightlapse collaboration on “So Hot” which is a club rework that has racked up nearly nine million Spotify streams.  The track also landed Englund her first of two number one dance music radio chart-toppers this year. The second track to hit number one was “Picture Us,” which is also featured on her album and also landed on the Billboard Mix Show charts.

The title track of the album, “Messing With Magic,” sees Englund pair-up with respected producer/DJ, Jamie Jones.  Lee Foss, Jamie Jones, and Anabel Englund also collaborated on the track “Warm Disco” lending their infectious touch to the contagious bassline.  Further highlights of the album include the closing track and forthcoming single “Burn It,” a poignant, piano-led ballad that sees Englund depart from her trademark electronic sound.  In addition, the album also features stunning new releases “Float,” a similarly affecting house cut, and “Spell My Name,” a light, bass-heavy new single.

Anabel Englund is an American singer/songwriter, producer, and DJ who is known for collaborations with Hot Natured and esteemed house music pioneer Marc Kinchen (MK).  She can be seen performing at some of the biggest clubs and festivals including, Factory 93, Desert Hearts Festival, and BPM Festival.
