BLNK CNVS hosted a slew of magnanimous events during this year’s Miami Music Week 2024 ( MMW 2024 ), selling over 40,000 tickets, and delivering many surprise A-list acts at its events from March 21-24, 2024.
Among these included a surprise appearance from Martin Garrix at the STMPD pool party, a shocking reveal of John Summit at Insomniac Records’ party, and an unforgettable back-to-back set by Alison Wonderland and Kaskade at the Brownies & Lemonade takeover.
The raucous energy did not end there as unforgettable memories were made with Oliver Heldens at his Heldeep Records poolside takeover, Fedde Le Grand delivering unstoppable upbeat energy at his Darklight Sessions party, and Galantis who united fans by singing in unison at the Surfcomber on Sunday.
“We want to extend a huge thank you to all of the fans, artists, managers, agents, and staff. It takes an army of people to make MMW come alive and create these amazing events.”
Eric Fuller, co-founder of BLNK CNVS
Due to the tumultuous weather conditions that impeded a number of outdoor events including Ultra Music Festival’s cancellation on Friday, March 22nd, the promoters were forced to shut down pool parties early on Friday and cancel events into Saturday to prioritize safety. This included Mixmash’s 20th Anniversary party and Illenium’s pool party.
Despite this, for anyone who managed to show up at the Nautilus for Mixmash’s 20th Anniversary party on Saturday, patrons did not leave disappointed. Laidback Luke blasted on social media that the hotel lobby would be turned into a party and thus showed up performing B2B intimate sets with Ship Wrek, Joel Corry, Cedric Gervais, Dada Life, and Chuckie. This showcased Laidback Luke’s dedication to deliver for his fans.
“We know this year the weather presented some problems at times, but our team did everything within their power to keep the party going. Canceling or postponing events is never something that is taken lightly, but we want to do what is best and safe for everyone.”
Paul Reed, co-founder of BLNK CNVS
Set to build upon this year’s events, BLNK CNVS is already looking ahead to Miami Music Week 2025 and is eagerly anticipating pushing the boundaries to surpass this year’s 2024 events.
