Epic Games’ Fortnite and Houseparty announce a virtual concert with Grammy-nominated DJ/producer Kaskade on Friday, March 26, and Saturday, March 27 in the world of Rocket League.
In partnership with electronic music label Monstercat, the concert will have heightened production elements and immersive story-driven visuals in XR to transport viewers into the Fortnite and Rocket League universes. Kaskade will travel between stadiums, drive Rocket League cars, and arrive at the new Neon Fields for a festival-style performance.
This announcement comes after Kaskade released his Rocket League-commissioned Reset EP. The four-track EP features stunning releases, “Miles To Go,” “Flip Reset,” “Closer” and “Solid Ground” showcasing the artist’s iconic, transcendental sound. Kaskade became the first artist Rocket League aligned with for an entire music-themed season. Be sure to hear the EP performed live within his Rocket League performance.
