On July 22, acclaimed producer Porter Robinson shared the remix of his recent single, “Get Your Wish” (DJ Not Porter Robinson) which is currently available here. The new version follows last week’s rework release of the track from Anamanaguchi.

Off of his second full-length album Nurture, “Get Your Wish” is his second release with the first being “Something Comforting” with more still yet to come.  Nurture will be the official follow up to his acclaimed 2014 debut, Worlds, and the Virtual Self side project he debuted in 2017 to critical appraise.

In May, Robinson held a virtual live stream performance Secret Sky, the online equivalent of last year’s successful Second Sky held in Oakland.  The virtual artist performances included: G Jones, Jai Wolf, Kizuna AI, Madeon, San Holo, A. G. Cook, Anamanaguchi and a number of others. Broadcasted via a digital auditorium with state-of-the-art technology, the broadcast captivated more than 4 million viewers and accumulated 8,812 chats per second during Robinson’s never-before-heard track “Look at the Sky.”

Porter Robinson is a Grammy nominated American DJ and producer whose first 2014 release Worlds, peaked at Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic albums. Robinson began releasing music under the alias Virtual Self in 2017, with his self-titled EP Virtual Self debuting the same year.
