On July 11, Electric Zoo 2020 confirmed its cancellation in a statement issued on Facebook and Twitter. It comes as no surprise as the Mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, issued a statement on July 9 announcing that all large events will be cancelled through Sept. 30. This forced the festival to cancel its event, since its dates were slated for Labor Day Weekend.
General Admission ticket holders for who choose to hold onto their tickets for next year’s edition will receive a $50 incentive credit on their wristband to use for food, drinks, and merchandise while VIP and Platinum ticket holders will receive a $100 incentive. For those who would like a full refund of their ticket, please visit the following link.
Electric Zoo 2021 has already arranged its 2021 dates to be at Randalls Island Park from September 3-5.

On July 9th, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced all large events will be canceled through September 30th. Regrettably, we must stop all the preparations for 2020 Electric Zoo: Supernaturals and reschedule the festival for 2021. 💔
