After recently becoming the 2021 iHeartRadio Dance Artist of the Year, Marshmello teams up with fellow dance producer Carnage on a nostalgic single “Back In Time” that is available to stream/download now via Astralwerks.

With sheer simplicity, “Back In Time” is inspired by the sound of 90’s raves with hints of classic techno and a pinch of Eurodance. The track is fueled by harmonies that resemble video games of the past with over-powering entrancing spritely energy. The release becomes the perfect soundtrack to create new memories out or revitalize the old ones once had amongst friends.
“Back In Time” comes paired with a fun-loving animated music video that features the artists traveling back in time witnessing monumental events in history. With an array of light-hearted visuals, the video is the perfect accompaniment to the track’s playful soundscapes.
“Back In Time” arrives just before Marshmello is set to perform at the opening ceremony of the UEFA Champions League Final on May 29. Marking one of his biggest performances to date, he will be joined by other superstar acts Selena Gomez and Khalid.
