This single is a follow-up to a number of diverse releases from Skrillex this year that include the house-infused “Butterflies” with Four Tet and Starrah, the eccentric collaboration “Too Bizarre” with vocalist Swae Lee and experimental artist Siiickbrain, and the introspective collaboration with Noisia, Josh Pan & Dylan Brady on “Supersonic (My Existence).” All singles hint toward the rumor of an upcoming album from the artist in the near future.
“Don’t Go” marks the second single from Skrillex and Justin Bieber and follows their chart-topping single, “Where Are Ü Now” in 2015. The track was featured on Skrillex and Diplo’s collaborative project Jack Ü, which earned the Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album in 2016.
