DJ and producer Dimitri Vegas is the newest addition to join the Jurassic World Dominion cast, making it the third and final edition of the Jurassic World franchise.

The cast, which already boasts a lineup of actors from its previous installments has already confirmed the likes of Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Justice Smith, Omar Sy, Daniella Pineda, and BD Wong. Dominion will also be bringing back Jurassic Park favorites Sam Neil, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldbloom. Director Colin Trevorrow will be returning after reviving the Jurassic franchise with Jurassic World in 2015.

Originally slated for release in June 2021, delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic led Universal to bumping the movie’s release to June 2022.

Dimitri Vegas, who has also appeared in the films Rambo: Last Blood and Men in Black: International, announced his Jurassic World casting on Twitter. He did not indicate the role he will be playing only stating that its is a “Dream come true.”

Dimitri Vegas is one half of the Electronic Dance music DJ and production duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
