Organizers of Tomorrowland Winter 2021 announced its cancellation in a statement on its web-page due to COVID-19 concerns as the week-long music festival was supposed to take place in the French Alps next March.

“Tomorrowland Winter 2021 cannot take place due to the uncertain circumstances created by COVID-19. Organizing a festival such as Tomorrowland Winter requires a lot of preparation, both by the organizers and local partners, as well as by you, the People of Tomorrow.

Considering the current lack of prospects for the coming months, Tomorrowland has no choice but to not organize a Tomorrowland Winter edition in 2021.”

Tomorrowland Winter

This marks the second year in a row the festival was forced to cancel. The music festival announced the cancellation of its 2020 edition amidst concerns around the coronavirus outbreak earlier this year.

Ticketholders will be contacted by e-mail regarding ticket refunds being issued.  It is currently unclear whether “roll-over” options will be made available to the public due to the uncertainty as to whether a 2022 iteration of the event will be taking place.

Tomorrowland will be offering those access to an exclusive sales moment for Tomorrowland Belgium 2021 for anyone who uses their refund voucher by Oct. 31, 2020.  For additional information, please visit the festival’s official webpage here.
